Due to the nature of digital audio products, we do not accept returns or refunds once a product has been downloaded, except under specific conditions outlined below.

If you experience an issue with non-working samples or loops, you are eligible for a 14-day exchange policy. This means that within 14 days of your purchase, if any part of your product does not function correctly (damaged files, missing sounds, or corrupted audio), we will verify the issue and offer you a replacement or exchange.

What qualifies for an exchange:

• Corrupted or unreadable WAV files

• Missing loop files or one-shots

• Product files that do not match the pack description

To request an exchange, please contact us at support@composerloops.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and screenshots or audio proof if possible.

If the issue is confirmed, you will be given the option to exchange the product with another pack of similar value from our website. We do not offer refunds, only exchange credit for eligible products.

Important: We do not process exchanges for accidental purchases, DAW incompatibility, or misunderstanding of pack content. All product pages clearly list compatibility, BPM, and key information.
